Each of our 12 guest rooms is uniquely decorated in the warm, rich colors of the Victorian palette and furnished for your comfort with a blend of antique and period reproductions.

All rooms have private luxury baths, working fireplaces, air conditioning, and necessities of modern life that include high speed internet access, in-room telephones with data ports, clock radios, hair dryers, and warm, cozy robes. A limited number of in-room TVs and irons are available upon request.

Our room rates assume single or double occupancy and include morning coffee, full breakfast, and evening sweets as well as the full use of the Berry Manor Inn's many common areas. Some rooms accommodate twin beds, sleeper sofa or a cot for an additional $35/night per person.

Rates are effective beginning 11/06 for double or single occupancy and subject to change without notice. Rates do not include Maine State Lodging tax. Certain Holiday and event rates may apply.
