• Use of conference facility and complete grounds, including pool and deck area
• Multiple seating configurations in conference center
• Gourmet buffet breakfast each morning for overnight guests
• Large computer ready projection TV for PowerPoint presentations
• Overhead projector for transparencies
• Full sound and audio system including wireless microphones
• Speaker/conference calling intercom system
• Wireless WiFi and high speed internet access in guest rooms, common areas, poolside and in conference facility (wireless LAN cards available if needed)
• Daytime snacks and beverages during your meeting and stay
• Catered meals (upon request)

Pricing is on a per person basis. Lunch or dinner can be added upon request at an additional charge. We would also be happy to arrange team-building activities, outings and area excursions.
