Rooms and Rates Policies Enjoy one of our suites in the main building, or one of our popular cottages. All suites in the main building have a queen size bed, private bath with tub and shower, and an enclosed sitting room. Two of these suites also have a french door onto the upstairs veranda. All of our cottages have king size beds, private baths with tub and shower, and either an enclosed sitting area or an open deck. All of our accomodations have a wonderful view. 2008 Rates: Sun through Thursday rates are $179.00 per night, plus tax, for 1 or 2 persons (except for holiday and special event times - during all of these times, regular weekend rates apply). Friday and Saturday night rates range from $199 - $249 plus tax, per night, for 1 or 2 persons, depending on which accommodation you choose. There is a maximum of three adults per accommodation. There is an additional charge of $50.00 per adult, plus tax, per person, per night, for any additional adult persons in any accommodation (i.e., more than two persons per accommodation) and $25.00 plus tax, per night, for any additional children under 18. All these rates include a full, multiple-course breakfast, served in the dining room of the main building each morning. For periodic specials, click on the specials tab on the home page.
