Enjoy the delicious culinary creations of our culinary staff. Patti Vander Lyn, one of the owners of Rose Hill, the breakfast chef who has prepared the acclaimed breakfasts at Rose Hill Manor for many years. Chad Fry is the savory chef in charge of the dinner menu. Chef Chad has been trained in various kitchens for 14 years, primarily under 2003 Food and Wine Magazine “Best New Chef” Scott Tycer of the acclaimed Aries Restaurant and Kraftsmen Bakery in Houston, Texas. Chad was one of the chefs at Aries and was the Head Baker at Kraftsmen. Chad has also worked in both pastry and savory at Ruggles and Daily Review Café in Houston. All of the food at Rose Hill is prepared from scratch with a focus on fresh, seasonal products. Patti's breakfasts can include such delights as Berry Almond coffeecake, Eggs Benedict, vanilla/cinnamon French toast, frittatas, and fresh fruit.
