Deposits
We require the full amount for one night's stay and 50% for two or more night's stay. Deposit must be received within 7 days after a reservation is made. If an advance deposit is made by credit card, the charge will be processed at the time the reservation is made. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Balance is due upon check-out.

Payment Options
Payment options are cash, travelers' checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or corporate check.

Cancellations
Deposits are refundable only if notified 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Should cancellations become necessary for any reason within that time, refunds are made only if the room is re-rented for the entire period. There will be a $30 service charge on all cancellations. No refunds for early departure; weather is not guaranteed, and no refund for bad weather.
