Place strawberries in blender first and let sit for about 10 minutes to thaw a bit. Then add to blender, whipping cream, heavy cream, sugar and sour cream. Blend on chop (1 minute) then blend on liquify until thick and smooth. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Serve with a mint leaf on top or a slice of strawberry in the middle of a glass soup bowl or parfait cup.
