Please note our general rules:

No pets or smoking inside. Smoking permitted in designated areas, including verandas.

No loud or disturbing behavior. Drinking of alcohol is permitted, in moderation please.

Children are permitted if they are attended by an adult, & their behavior is tolerable.

Main House doors must be locked by guests at night. East House doors must be locked by guests always.

Check in after 3pm (Eastern), check out before 11am. Exceptions may be made with management permission & may be charged $10 per hour. Check outs after 5pm may be subject to an additional night's charge.

Lost key: $15 charge.

Guests may be charged for any damages or losses to our properties. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for injuries, or loss of possessions. Please be careful, & lock your doors when leaving. Reservations may be confirmed with a credit card.

Reservations must be cancelled at least one (1) week prior to the day of arrival to receive a full refund. Some holidays and special events may require a two (2) week notice for cancellation. Violation subject to a $25 fee per cancelled room per night.

Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Traveler's Checks and cash accepted.

No "hidden fees". Please pay at check in. Rates & Policies subject to change.
