General Information and Policies

We prefer to say yes whenever possible about everything! However, we regret that we cannot accept pets nor allow smoking inside the property. We do have some specifics about reservations and cancellation periods as We are a small & intimate inn. Should you need to cancel, we ask that you do so 14 days in advance of your arrival. All cancellations/changes require a $25.00 processing fee. Inside of 14 days arrival, (excepting major holidays-30 days notice) we ask guests to be responsible for full payment unless we are able to re-rent your room. We appreciate your understanding!
