Dining Information

Formal dining at Warner Hall is truly an experience. Treat yourself to delicious food in elegant, comfortable surroundings with pleasant and attentive staff. Our signature Five Course Chef's Tasting Menus are generally served on Fridays and Saturdays. For parties of ten or more, Thursday may also be an option. The menu changes each week. We will happily incorporate special dietary needs and allergies with advance notice.

The "Warner Hall Supper Basket For Two" is available Sunday through Thursday and is a tasty feast meant to be enjoyed in casual style at the boathouse, on the porch or terrace, or in the privacy of your room.

Chef Eric Garcia draws on his experiences at The Dining Room at Ford's Colony, Petra - An American Bistro and most recently, The Williamsburg Inn, to create a wonderful mélange of taste and visual excitement. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America - Hyde Park, Chef Garcia uses only the freshest ingredients for his masterful creations.
