Our rates assume double occupancy and include a scrumptious multi-course breakfast each morning, plus afternoon refreshments. Some rooms can accommodate an extra person at a charge of $35 per night.

Quiet Season rates begin November 1, 2008 and continue until May 26, 2009 and exclude holidays and special events.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, Blackberry Inn remains SMOKE FREE. A $200 cleaning fee will be added to room charges should this policy be ignored. Our Inn is fully fire sprinkled and is equipped with smoke and heat detectors.

A minimum one night deposit is required to finalize your reservation.  Cancellations made with 14 days notice will enable you to receive a refund of your deposit, minus our $25 processing fee.  Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice or departures made prior to scheduled date will not have any refunds, and you will be responsible for full room charges.

Our Inn pooch, Gretchen, invites fellow doggies to bring their owners...to the specific appropriate rooms reserved for other pets.
