General Information and Policies

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. A one-night deposit per cabin is charged when making reservations. If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, we will refund 90% of your deposit. If you cancel any of your reserved dates within 14 days – or leave early – you will be responsible for those nights that the cabin remains unoccupied; we will reimburse 90% for rebooked nights. If you need to move your stay within a few weeks, we will try to accommodate you.

Check-in time is 3 pm. If your cabin is available, you are welcome to check in earlier. If it is not, you can drop your luggage off and we can call you when it is. You are welcome to enjoy the grounds until that time.

Check-out time is 11 am. Please notify us if you would like to see if an extension is possible.

For the quiet and comfort of all our guests, minimum age is 13, no pets and no smoking anywhere on the property. And, please avoid perfumes and colognes in interior spaces and do not use incense in the cabins – the scents linger and many guests are allergic.

Checking In
When you enter WildSpring, you'll see a small gazebo on the rightside of the driveway. That is the check-in gazebo. Unload your bags and look in the mailbox with your cabin number. You will find a flashlight (in case it's dark when you arrive), a key and a map that shows the trail to your cabin. There is also an intercom in case you need assistance during office hours. Use one of the dock carts if necessary to move your luggage to your cabin.

Parking
You don't drive to your cabins at WildSpring. You will park your car right across from the check-in gazebo (unless we assign you to the ADA parking close to cabin 1, Rosslyn). It's a short walk to your cabins. Please turn your music off when you drive onto the property, and try to unload with as little noise as is reasonable so you won't disturb the other guests … especially if you arrive at night.

Each cabin has its own numbered parking lane, #1-5. Parking is angled, and please park in your lane, pulling up as far as possible if you are part of a group that is sharing cabin accommodations with you.

If you require ADA assistance, you will be staying in Rosslyn, and parking in the ADA space very close to the cabin.
