Dining Information

Part of the joy of leaving your daily life behind must be allowing yourself to be pampered. To indulge all your senses and allow your body a chance to relax and be nurtured by care and luxury.

Continental Breakfast
Each morning, enjoy a truly opulent continental breakfast in the Guest Hall, including fresh fruit of the season, a wide selection of pastries and breads, locally prepared granola, Sarabeth jams, and Silver Palate steel-cut oatmeal…the best oatmeal you will ever have.

Kitchen Facilities
You can also use the Guest Hall kitchen facilities to make yourself a cup of tea, coffee or cocoa…with marshmallows, of course. Or popcorn in the evening for your VCR movie. Just help yourself.

The modern kitchen has a refrigerator with icemaker, convection oven, pizza oven, microwave, small appliances such as coffee-maker, conveyor toaster, blender and, of course, dishwasher. Special faucets for drinking and instant-hot water are at the sink. These, as well as the ice maker, are supplied by dual-filtered water.

You can use the kitchen for limited food preparation, as long as it does not disturb other guests or interfere with activities in the Guest Hall, from noon - 1pm and 6 - 7pm. Please ask us in the office for guidelines and assistance. Groups who have reserved the whole property can have full access to the kitchen at any time to cook their own meals. Wine
We offer a good selection of Oregon wines at below-retail prices for our guests. Call us on the intercom and we'll be happy to bring a bottle to your cabin.

Hot Fudge Sundae Bar
On Saturday nights, indulge in our special signature homemade hot fudge sundae bar, compliments of WildSpring.

Special Treats
During special events and holidays, you can expect everything from hot cider and wassail, to freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies and s'mores.

Restaurants & Catering
There are good restaurants in Port Orford, offering fresh seafood, steaks, a rustic Italian trattoria, creative, light and healthy, and arguably the best fish and chips and clam chowder on the coast. And, there are a lot more restaurants in Gold Beach and Bandon, each a short half-hour drive away. There will be menus in the Guest Hall to see what sounds good that evening. We can also arrange for special meals in your cabin, from extravagant romantic dinners to breakfast in bed, boxed picnic lunches to evening snacks with a movie.
