Minimum Stay in Spectacular Summer - summer rates are based on a 2 night minimum stay, however, you can stay one night for a $100 surcharge. You can stay for a single night October-April without a surcharge.

Extended stays: Weekly, monthly and annual stay discounts vary by length of stay and season.

Reservation Pre-payment deposit/guarantee required at reservation time, equal to 1 night's stay @ B&B Inn, or monthly at condos.

Cancellation-Change notice: 21 days May to September; 2 days October to April at B&B. Late change/cancel fee for last minute schedule changes or early departure.

All major credit cards, P.O., direct bill, airline and vouchers accepted.

Check-in after 3p, check-out by 12p. Bag storage available.
