Exclusive use of both rooms: Add $50. (no charge for non-exclusive use of 2nd room, though other guests may access the non-exclusive room)
Get meeting rooms for free with purchase of 5 guest rooms, available year round. Or, take a 10% discount or commission off lowest rate of 5 rooms
