Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In 4:00 PM-7:00 PM, Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Late check-in can be arranged with advance notice.

Fax Service: In-coming/out-going fax's can be sent/received from the front desk (charged at $1.00 first page and $.50 subsequent pages).

In consideration of other guests and the historic nature of the inn, smoking is permitted only on the outside verandas.

7 days notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee per booking. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to check-in will result in the full amount of the charges being assessed.

All group bookings (3 or more rooms) made six months or more in advance must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the remaining balance being assessed. Cancellations outside of the 7 day cancellation notice period will result in forfeiture of the deposit only.

We can accommodate young ladies and gentlemen over the age of 12.

Proper attire is required in all common areas of the inn.

We can not accommodate pets, but we can recommend boarding facilities.

Red wine is not permitted in the inn.

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and travelers checks.
