Rates: $120 - $350, plus 8% tax Extra person charge of $50 applies for those rooms with sleeper sofas.

Reservations: Most weekends require a two night minimum.

Deposits: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment in full for stays of two nights or less, or 50% of your total for stays of three or more nights. You may pay with a personal check, traveler's checks, cash or major credit card at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable, less a $25 service fee, if cancellation is made 10 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made with less than 10 days notice will receive a refund only if we are able to book your room. Please be assured we will do everything possible to rebook it. There is no refund for shortened stays.

Children: under 12 can be accommodated in the Carriage House.

Pets: can be accommodated in the Carriage House.

Smoking: Because of the age of the house, and out of courtesy to our other guests, there is no smoking within the house. Considerate smokers may smoke on the front loggia and on the grounds.

Check-in and Check-out: To allow us time to get your room ready for your arrival, we request you plan to check in between 3 and 7 p.m. Arrangements can be made for later check in when necessary. Your host would appreciate an estimated time of arrival. Check out time is 11 a.m.
