MINIMUM STAY ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS: Reservations are accepted for a minimum of two days on weekends November 1 through April 30 and three days from May 1 through October. Guests are encouraged to check availability online or call the inn as reservation configurations sometimes allow us to disregard this policy.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit to cover the first night accommodations. A 50% deposit for reservations of more than three nights is required. A full refund of the deposit (minus a 10% cancellation fee) will be made a cancellation is received before 14 days of the arrival date (Please note special storm cancellation policy below) . Cancellations received within 14 days of the check-in date will forfeit the deposit unless the inn is able to rebook to another guest the exact number of days in the original booking. Any reservation made with 14 days of the arrival date must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made and the reservation may not be canceled. Check-in is between 2:00 PM and not later than 8:00 PM. Rates subject to change without notice.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 13. No pets please. No smoking inside the inn.

Payments may be cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).

Winter storm and weather related cancellation policy

There will be no refunds of deposits for weather related cancellations. Neither the guest or the innkeeper can predict winter storms. For this reason, we have developed a winter storm policy that will give flexibility to guests who travel during the winter months. Guests may choose one of the following options:

In anticipation of a storm, a guest may check into the inn the day before their scheduled arrival date (based upon room availability). There will be no additional charge to the guest. Or,

The guest my choose to receive a gift certificate equal to their deposit that must be used within 30 days of their original arrival date.

HOUSEKEEPING
We are happy to make up your room before 1:00PM. If you need laundry services just let the innkeeper know and we can make arrangements for you.

LATE DEPARTURES
Check out time is at 11:00am. If your flight or transportation is later in the day you may leave your bags with the innkeeper until your departure time.
