From the North (Boston/Cape Cod)
On your Massachusetts map, find Fall River. Take Route 24 (s) out of Fall River. Take the exit in Rhode Island that says "Route 138s Newport Beaches". Follow this route until you find a Wendy's fast food restaurant on your left. Take a left onto Valley Road. Go through the second light and soon after the road will divide. At the next major intersection take a right onto Bellevue Avenue. The inn will be on your right, just before the next stop light.

 From the North (Worcester/Western Mass/ Providence, RI)
From Worcester, Massachusetts, take Route 146s into Providence, RI. Merge with Route 95s and follow this through Warwick, Rhode Island. Look for Route 4s. This will exit from the high speed lane. Follow Route 4 until it ends and merges onto Route 1. Take Route 138e. Cross the Jamestown Bridge and then the Newport Bridge. Take the first exit on the right that says Route 238, Scenic Newport. At the stop sign, take a right. Go to the second light and take a right onto America's Cup Avenue. Follow this road past the harbor front a then up a hill. At the stop light, take a left onto Bellevue Avenue. The inn will be on the right just before the next stop light.

From the West (New York/Connecticut)
From Route 95n, take Route 138e (this is exit RI 3A). The sign will say Newport. Follow this route across the Jamestown Bridge and then the Newport Bridge.Take the first exit on the right that says Route 238, Scenic Newport. At the stop sign, take a right. Go to the second light and take a right onto America's Cup Avenue. Follow this road past the harbor front a then up a hill. At the stop light, take a left onto Bellevue Avenue. The inn will be on the right just before the next stop light.

From the Providence Airport
Leaving the terminal area by car, follow the signs to Route 95. Take Route 95s until you see signs for Route 4. This will exit from the high speed lane.
