- Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit will be returned less a $25 processing fee per room, if notice is received prior to 14 days of reservation date. A certificate shall be issued and must be used within 6 months only if we re-rent the room. We certainly sympathize when situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, but we must maintain a business policy. Moreover, we never overbook.

- Minimum night stay: A two-night stay is required during Fall Foliage Season, Holiday weekends and during Special Event Weekends.
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: A deposit of one night or one half of your stay is required to secure a reservation by credit card or check within 7 days.
- Smoking Policy: Sugar Hill is a non-smoking inn. Noncompliance will result in a $100 surcharge.
- Spirits: Dinner is available Thursday - Sunday and nightly in foliage season by reservation
