Ingredients

2 cups Brandy
ΒΌ cup red wine
2 cups of sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
3 whole black pepper corns
2 cups of water
10 pitted cherries cut in half

Directions
|
|
Place all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil
Be careful, the ingredients will expand and get very hot
Reduce by half and then let cool
If the sauce is too thick, add more water, bring to a boil again and then cool
Remove the cinnamon sticks and pepper corns
