* Advance reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are happily accepted but room availability may be limited.

* MasterCard/Visa, most checks, and cash accepted.

* Please communicate your special needs to us in advance.

* Check-in between 4pm and 9pm. Other arrival times need to be prearranged.

* Check-out is by 11am.

* Smoking is not permitted on the property. 

* Candles or other open flames are prohibited.

* No pets or children please.

* Buildings and property for use by registered guests only.

* Ample automobile parking and secure indoor bicycle parking are provided.

Cancellation: If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible. Your reservation is guaranteed with your credit card. If your reservation is cancelled ten days or more before your scheduled arrival, you will not be charged. If we receive nine days or less notice of cancellation and are unable to rebook your room, you will be charged for your reservation. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay.

Group Reservation/Cancellation (three or more rooms): A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of group reservation. If your group reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to reservation date, no other charges apply. Cancellations 29 days or less before group reservation date will be charged to you if we are unable to rebook your reserved rooms.
