Choose Your Table for Two

8:00 to until 10:00 a.m.

Chefs Special daily. An inspiring made to order breakfast will await in the garden courtyard, tea room, parlor or lounge … with white linens, a fresh personal pot of coffee, fresh flowers … and your private "table for two." Daily fresh fruits, juices, home made granola, yogurts,  breakfast selections of fresh breads piled high and pastries made fresh daily. 

All Seasons Mid-day Refreshment

12:00 Noon

Refresh with freshly brewed iced tea or the best fresh lemonade in Savannah ... served in frosted glasses.

Afternoon Georgian Tea

 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.

The Edith Wharton-like experience of sophisticated high tea in the afternoon offers a romantic taste of Savannah's best ... with the finest vintage linens, china and silver service. To quench the petite hum of afternoon hunger, your tea and lite accompaniments will be served on white linen table clothes and antique silver trays … with the finest china from days gone by.  Tea service includes a wonderful selection of  scones with lemon curd and devonshire cream, cucumber tea sandwiches, and  lemon, raspberry,  and date bars.

Pre-dinner Hors d'oeuvres

6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Enjoy premium liquors, Martinis, Cosmopolitan or boutique wines at our antique hotel bar. Amid momentary or lingering conversations, enjoy your favorite wine or cocktail in the small luxury hotel bar. The Inn’s expansive evening appetizers have some guests pondering if they should go out for dinner or linger instead in the intimate lounge. Among the signature hors d’oeuvres are Crab Cakes with Rémoulade Sauce, Stuffed Mushrooms,  Goat cheese and pesto presentation,  Fresh homemade crab and citrus salsa, sweet and sour meatballs, chicken satay and peanut sauce or cheese selections piled high with fresh fruits and berries.

Evening Port or Brandy

Upon your return from dinner, choose complimentary port or brandy … including homemade biscotti served in the handsome Victorian hotel bar. 

Breakfast Specialties

The Chef’s Choice menu changes daily. However, among the house specialties are ... Homemade Granola, Charleston  stone ground Grits,  steel cut Oatmeal, Fresh Biscuits, Salmon scrambled eggs with melange of tomato, cream cheese, capers and onions, Waffles with raspberry sauce, traditional Eggs Benedict and  French Toast with Grand Marnier sauce, Vidalia Onion Quiche, and fresh baked breads piled high.

At reservation, the concierge will inquire regarding special dietary restrictions or special request.  The 24-hour concierge will be happy to assist to coordinate your needs with our food staff.
