We are a smoke-free inn and do not allow cigarettes, cigars, pipes or candles in the guest rooms or on the decks or terraces due to insurance requirements.

Two-night minimum stay on all weekends, holidays and special events which fall in the middle of the week.

Check-in between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Check out time is by 11:00 AM on your day of departure.  Late check out is available for the additional charge of $25.00 per hour or any part of an hour.

Reservations are guaranteed with an advance deposit equal to a one night's rate, payable with cash,  AMEX, Mastercard, VISA or Discover credit card.

Refund of a deposit will be made for cancellations received at least two weeks prior to arrival date.  There after, deposits will be refunded less a $25 processing fee only if the room is rebooked.

Corporate rate and military discounts are available Monday-Thursday. 

Guests over 10 years of age are welcome.

While we do have two dogs on the premises, we cannot accommodate pets: however, a kennel is nearby.
