Room rates vary by the season and day of the week and our weekends often book up six to seven months in advance. Our lowest rates are Monday through Thursday and our highest rates are on festival weekends. Single Saturday nights book first and April through September we hold just three rooms for single Saturday nights. Advance reservations are almost always required. Rooms must be paid with credit card and we charge your credit card for your stay at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be refunded, less a 10% handling fee, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used at a future date. For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. If we are able to make your cancelled reservation available to another guest, we will provide a full refund, less 10% handling fee. Cancellation made less than 24 hours of reservation will receive no refund unless we are able to rebook the room. A special cancellation policy exists for groups or individuals reserving more than two rooms for any given date. This policy basically extends the cancellation notification period from 10 days to 30 days.

Restrictions:

Hermann Hill is a totally smoke-free environment. All guests must be at least 18 years of age. Maximum occupancy is two people per room. Pets are not allowed. We will, however, be happy to help guests with pets make boarding arrangements at our local kennels.
