General Information and Policies

Reservation Policies:

Check-in 3 to 7pm. Please call us if you will be arriving late.

Check-out 11 am.

For the health of all of our guests, rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Sorry no pets.

Our property is not suitable for children under 12.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Room tax is not included in quoted rates.

A 2 night minimum is required for all weekend stays.

A 3 night minimum is required for major holiday weekends.

Upon reservation whether via online reservations or by phone, a deposit of 1 night’s stay will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation may be made with 14 days advance notice and your deposit (less a $20 service fee) will automatically be refunded or credited to your credit card account. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will generate a refund (less a $20 service fee) ‘only’ if we are able to re-rent the room.
