How to Get to Long Beach Lodge Resort

Driving Directions from Victoria

Take Highway 1 North from Victoria past Nanaimo. Turn west, onto Highway 4 at the Qualicum Beach/Port Alberni exit and follow signs. The drive will take approximately 4.5 hours.

The road will take you past beautiful Cameron, Sproat and Kennedy Lakes, - Cathedral Grove is well worth a visit - across the central Island to the Pacific Rim Highway. At the road junction, turn right (North), and travel through Pacific Rim National Park. Watch for our sign on the left after you exit the park.

Ferry service runs from Horseshoe Bay in North Vancouver to Nanaimo’s Departure Bay as well as from Tsawwassen, south of the airport, to Victoria’s Swartz Bay and Nanaimo’s Duke Point terminals.

From Seattle...

Ferry Transportation from Seattle to Tofino

BC Ferries - Extensive ferry system linking the Lower Mainland with Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Ferry service also runs from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver to Nanaimo as well as from Tsawwassen to Nanaimo. Ferry Services from Washington State - There is no vehicle ferry running from Seattle to Victoria. Alternatives are to drive to Vancouver and take the BC Ferries, drive to Port Angeles on the Olympic Peninsula and take The Coho, or drive to Anacortes and take the Washington State Ferry to Sidney.
