• Minimum Stay may be required on weekends, in Summer Season and during Holiday Periods.

 • A limited number of cat & dog friendly rooms are available with pet oriented amenities (for a $50 per visit fee)

• Guests are required to register pets at time of booking. (Non-registered pets cannot be accommodated on property.)

• Rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional charge of $30 per night for each additional person over the age of five is applicable.

• One night's room and tax deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations and date changes are permitted up to seven days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is $23. Deposit is forfeited if stay is cancelled or dates changed within seven days of arrival.

• Rates are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.

• There are rate exceptions on holiday periods.
