The view is spectacular from the Beechwood porch - especially in the spring and fall
The nuances of color change with the seasons and time of day
Relax after a busy day After a busy day of shopping, rafting, wine tasting or chasing frisbees, relax on the Beechwood Inn porch. Comfortable chaises and rockers abound. Scupper is not allowed on the furniture - this is just a marketing pose - no really.
The View is Spectacular! In spring - bursting, blooming florals; in fall, Mother Nature's coat of many colors. In winter, snow will carpet the landscape.
90 years of gardens Thousands of daylilies, wild iris, daffodils, and wild geraniums fill the gardens with seasonal color. The native rododendron, dogwood and mountain laurel also abound.
Wild Gerniums Daffodils in February, Wild Iris in March, Snow White Peonies in April, Daylilies in May and June and then Wild Geraniums in July and August. Something is always in bloom in the Beechwood Gardens.
Summer gardens of daylilies Spend some quiet time in the gardens. Stone paths, herb gardens and sweeping views will absorbe your cares.
Our Secret Garden is filled with wildflowers, herbs and stone steps. The upper side is embraced by a lovely stone wall and looks out upon the valley below.
