Check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., or by prior arrangement.

Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. A one night deposit or 50 percent of the total reservation (whichever is greater) is required when making a reservation.

The inn is strictly a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will result in cleaning fees equal to a minimum of one night’s stay. Smokers who render a room unacceptable for incoming guests must compensate the inn for lost revenue.

All rooms and cottages are for 2 persons only (except Levitin, which can accommodate three).

As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, in which case your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 service charge per room. Please also note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation. For cancellations within 30 days, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation, less any value the inn is able to recoup. No refunds for rooms not re-rented.  If cancellation is something that concerns you, we highly recommend travel insurance.

All rates assume double occupancy and include breakfast served in the main house. The price ranges shown on this site represent low season through high season. Rates are subject to lodging tax (7%) and service charge (4%).

Reservations are non-transferable and the owners/innkeepers reserve the right to refuse reservations or service.

We accept most major credit cards.

The inn is appropriate for children age 12 and older.

A two-night minimum stay is required from Memorial Day through Columbus Day, except when a single night vacancy occurs.
