	Caramelized onions, sweet sherry chicken broth, Swiss Gruyere.

	Open face with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Russian dressing on rye bread with shoestring fries.
Macaroni and Cheese with Hofmann Hot Dogs		$8
	Baked with New York State sharp cheddar, two grilled hot dogs.
