Driving time from SFO about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Take Hwy. 101 North to Hwy 380 (Far right lane exit). Take Hwy. 380 to Hwy. 280 North toward San Francisco, get into the far left lanes for 19th Avenue as you approach the city. Follow 19th Avenue through San Francisco to the Golden Gate Bridge (Hwy 101 North). Follow Hwy. 101 North. Proceed North to the River Road exit just a bit beyond the city of Santa Rosa. Exit onto River Road, turning left at the traffic signal. Proceed 16 miles West to the traffic signal at Hwy. 116 at Guerneville. Turn left at the signal and cross the bridge over the Russian River. Applewood is ½ mile past the bridge on the left, across from a horse pasture.

From Oakland Airport
Driving time from Oakland about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Leaving the Oakland Airport, follow signs to Hwy. 880 North. Follow Hwy. 880 North through Oakland to Hwy. 580 (Richmond/San Rafael Bridge). Make sure you are in the far right lane for this exit. Take Hwy 580 west across the bridge to Hwy. 101 North. Proceed North to the River Road exit just a bit beyond the city of Santa Rosa. Exit onto River Road, turning left at the traffic signal. Proceed 16 miles West to the traffic signal at Hwy. 116 at Guerneville. Turn left at the signal and cross the bridge over the Russian River. Applewood is ½ mile past the bridge on the left, across from a horse pasture.
 

From Sacramento
Driving time from Sacrament about 2 hours.
Hwy 80 west towards San Francisco. Take the Marine World exit (Hwy 37 in Vallejo) towards San Rafael. You will go through the wetlands and pass Sears Point Raceway. Make a right onto Old Lakeville Hwy (first light after Sears Point) and follow it until you reach Hwy 101 in Petaluma. Take Hwy 101 north. Proceed North to the River Road exit just a bit beyond the city of Santa Rosa. Exit onto River Road, turning left at the traffic signal. Proceed 16 miles West to the traffic signal at Hwy. 116 at Guerneville. Turn left at the signal and cross the bridge over the Russian River. Applewood is ½ mile past the bridge on the left, across from a horse pasture.
