- Golf Courses: There are four public golf courses within 15 minutes of the Rose Hill Inn...from championship level to casual.
- Internet Access: All of the rooms feature unlimited wireless internet access. Phone jacks are also in each room for dial-up services.
- Museums: Marshall has four museums within five minutes of the inn: The Honolulu House Museum, the Capital Hill School, the GAR museum, and the American Museum of Magic.
- Non Smoking Rooms: The Rose Hill Inn is a smoke-free environment.
- Parlors: Two lovely parlors filled with beautiful 19th century antiques are available for guests' enjoyment.
- Piano: The seven-foot rosewood grand piano in the parlor was made by the Hazelton Brother's Piano Company in 1894. There were called the "Park Avenue Piano," at the time because of their expense. It is totally rebuilt.
- Piano: Our guests are welcome to play the seven-foot 1894 rosewood Victorian grand piano in the formal parlor. It has been completely restored and restrung.
- Pool: The 40 foot swimming pool has a passive solor-heating system. It is open from May through September. Chaise lounges and towels are provided.
- Tennis Court: Guests may enjoy the private fenced tennis court at no extra charge. Loaner rackets and balls are provided. There is also a basketball court and basketballs for the use of our guests.
