General Information and Policies

Please note that rates may change without notice. During the racing season we require a three-night minimum stay. Weekends in May through July, holidays, and events require a two-night minimum stay. Check-in time is between 3:00 - 6:00 pm. Please call us if you are arriving late to arrange check-in. Check-out time is 11:00 am. A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation to use for thr deposit. For a one or two night stay, a one night deposit plus tax will be charged at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is due at check in. Three or more nightstays require a 50% deposit. Two weeks cancellation notice is required. Deposit will be refunded minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Deposits for cancellations with less than two weeks notice are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent your room. All rates are for single or double occupancy.
