The day starts early for Mom and her helpers, who do most of the cooking here at Crowne Pointe. Before the first rays of dawn touch down on Provincetown Harbor, Mom can typically be found setting up fresh-brewed coffee for our early bird guests. In addition to a variety of cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice, Mom serves scrumptious fresh-baked muffins and breads. A full hot breakfast is served to all our guests and the entree changes daily. French Toast, pancakes, and various hot egg specialties are a sampling of the entrees served. Our guests may choose to dine in our glass conservatory overlooking the town, in the dining room, or in our parlor beside the fireplace, or even outside on our spacious wrap-around Victorian front porch.

Executive Chef Amy Howell prefers her cuisine to be experienced in a progression of courses with each course laying the foundation for the next. A vast network of purveyors provides the fresh, healthful ingredients that inspire her to create sublime dishes. From the naturally raised meat and game to the line-caught seafood to the organic produce, every component of each dish is the purest. Californian Pomegranate, local Cape Cod Tuna, heirloom tomatoes from Illinois, Maine Lobster and New Zealand Lamb are just a few of the products that arrive each day from which Chef Amy crafts the daily menus.
