- Check-Out: Check-out is at 12 noon
- Minimum night stay: Two-night stays are required on Friday and Saturday nights and for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
- No Pets: The INN pets, one cat. one dog, sheep, goats,. ducks and geese are very territorial. For this reason, we have a "no pets, please" policy.
- Reservation Policy: Reservations are accepted up to thirteen months to the day in advance of arrival.
A deposit of $50 is required to confirm all reservations in the INN and Honeycombs.
A one night deposit is required for the Trillium, Cardinal and Wood's Guest Houses.
Deposits can be made by check or charged to a credit card. - Smoking Policy: Non-smoking rooms are available in the INN and Honeycombs. Smoking is permitted in the Guest House Living Rooms, but not in the Guest House bedrooms.
