- Cancellation Policy: The Beechmont Inn has a ten-day cancellation policy. Failure to notify The Beechmont of a cancellation or an early departure will result in a charge for the entire reservation. Group bookings require a special agreement. Please call for more information (800-553-7009). Some special events and weekends will require a 30-day cancellation policy.
- Check-In: Check-in time is 3 pm-8 pm. We are happy to make other arrangements, but ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
- Check-Out: Check-out time is 11 am.
- Credit Cards: We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover.
- Reservation Policy: Reservations can be made by phone or be clicking on the "reservations" button below. Please note that a reservation is not confirmed until we have a credit card number to guarantee your arrival, or in the case of group bookings, special non-refundable deposits are required.
