Fireside Lounge and Gathering Room:

• Two adjacent lounges offer the ideal setting for retreats, meetings or breakout sessions for up to 18 guests.
  
• The Fireside Lounge is perfect for smaller informal meetings, on comfortable leather Morris chairs and mission sofa in front our main fireplace.
  
• The Gathering Room, a separate large room featuring several sets of double French doors may be adjusted for privacy and presentations.

Celebration Porch

 

• The ideal setting for formal meetings, or table discussions. Double French doors open to a 1,000 square foot outdoor Terrace on one side, and our two comfortable Lounges on the other.

• Ideal for outdoor informal discussions, break-out sessions and al fresco dining. Seasonal usage (March through November). Double French doors lead to the adjacent Celebration Porch.

Dining / Catering

• From a casual barbecue to a gourmet sit-down dinner, our Culinary Team will be happy to prepare a fitting lunch or dinner menu for your group.
  
• Lunch prices typically range from $14 to $32 per person. Dinners range from $35 to $75 per person (excluding beverages). An 18% percent service charge and taxes will be added to all catering charges.
  

Group Activities

 

• The Lodge at Sedona is pleased to arrange special activities for your group, including in-room massage/body work, off-road Jeep tours, championship golf tee off times, helicopter or bi-plane tours, vortex visits, horseback rides, cowboy cookouts, plus the many other unique activities available in spectacular Sedona red rock country.

Day Meetings and Conferences

• We are happy to provide the Lodge at Sedona's property and facilities from 11 am to 4 pm, Sunday through Thursday for your day meeting or conference, for up to 30 guests.
  
• Facility charge is $250. This includes set-up, Sedona natural spring water, ice tea or cider, freshly brewed 'Sedona Gold' coffee / juices and our delicious freshly baked cookies.
  
• Facility charge may be waived if accommodation is booked for five or more guest suites / rooms, Sunday through Thursday.
  
• To use the Lodge meeting facilities during weekends, all 14 guest suites and rooms must be booked. Seasonal exceptions and minimum stays may apply. Call toll free for details.
