- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 22 days or more from the date of your reservation, a handling fee of 10% or $50 dollars (whichever is greater) will be charged against your deposit. If cancellation occurs 21 days or less before the date of your reservation, no refund will be made unless the entire length of your stay is rebooked. If the entire length of your stay is rebooked a refund of your deposit will be made less the handling fee of 10% or $50 (whichever is greater).
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Reservation Policy: When making a reservation, your credit card* will be charged for the full amount of the stay, plus the sales and occupancy tax (total of 13.25%).
