General Information and Policies

 

  • Cancellation Policy: A cancellation policy will be quoted to you when your reservations are made. It will also be on your confirmation. Our Cancellation policy is as follows:

    Weekday (Sunday through Thursday non-holiday): Credit card will hold reservation. Any reservation altered or canceled within 14 days prior to your arrival date, will be charged 10% of one night handling fee. A one-night deposit will be charged in full if guest arrives after the confirmed date of arrival or departs before the confirmed date of departure. In the event a guest does not show for their room, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.

    Weekends & Holiday Periods (excluding New Years Holiday period): Credit card will hold reservation until one night payment is received via check (unless stated otherwise on reservation confirmation). Any reservation altered or cancelled before 14 days prior to your arrival date, will be charged 10% of one night handling fee. This fee will be charged to your credit card. If your check has been received, you will be mailed a refund check less a 10% of one night handling fee. Any alterations or cancellations in reservation made within 14 days or your arrival date, a one-night deposit will be forfeited in full. Deposit will be forfeited if full if guest arrives after confirmed date or arrival or departs before confirmed date of departure. In the event a guest does not show for their room, 100% of the total stay for the entire period reserved will be charged.

  • Check-In: Rooms are guaranteed to be ready be 2:00PM each day. If your room has been serviced, you are welcome to check in earlier than 2:00PM. For Late Arrivals (9:30PM or later) we will leave a note on the Front Desk with your room assignment, directions and keys to your room. Always check at the Front Desk before proceeding to your assigned room, as there may have been a change in assignments. Bring your confirmation with you.
  • Check-Out: NOON (a late check out may be available at an additional fee of $10 per hour with prior arrangement with the Innkeeper)
  • Children
  • Minimum night stay: 2 night minimum on Weekends (includes Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday nights); 3 night minimum during all Holiday periods and special event weekends (a surcharge may apply to holiday and special event periods).
  • No Pets: Not suitable for pets.
  • Payment Policy: Visa, Master Card, Cash, Travelers Checks and Postal Money Orders. Personal checks will be accepted at check out with a Visa or Master Card authorization.
  • Smoking Policy: Albergo Allegria is strictly a NON SMOKING INN. Although all rooms are smoke free, there is a white gazebo across from the inn's entrance that welcomes smokers. Please Note: a $100 cleaning fee per day will be charged for violations.
