Albergo Allegria satisfies the heartiest appetite with mounds of fresh fruit, steaming home-baked croissants, muffins, pastries, local honey, and cereals which are just the prelude to the entrees to come. In summer, these treats can be enjoyed "al fresco" at Albergo's outdoor cafe.

Several breakfast dishes emerge hot from the kitchen every morning. The Chef's imaginative repertoire includes buttermilk pancakes made with fresh blueberries, local apples laced with cinnamon or bananas and finely chopped pecans. On other days, guests are treated to stuffed French toast, Belgium waffles or crepes. A gourmet omelet including only the freshest of vegetables and herbs, or two eggs any style, are offered every morning. Side dishes include the traditional bacon or sausage or perhaps thinly sliced turkey breast with a light apricot sauce, grilled proscuitto or ham with an apple glaze.
