The Peerless Hotel and Restaurant offer a tradition of quality and service. Our extraordinary reputation for excellent Pacific Northwest cuisine and our Wine Spectator award winning wine list makes us the perfect choice for the ultimate wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, shower, engagement party, anniversary or meeting. At The Peerless Restaurant, the hectic and challenging process of planning that special event is effortless. We have the services and qualified staff to provide you with an exceptional and wonderful celebration. We can arrange all or part of your event.

The Peerless Restaurant is a seasonal, contemporary Pacific Northwest restaurant. We strive to bring indigenous ingredients, local fruits, vegetables, seafood, meat and handcrafted wines, beers and cheeses directly from farms and producers into our restaurant. We will be happy to design a menu specifically to meet your needs and requirements.

Our Main Dining Room accommodates parties of up to 65 people, the Private Garden Room is available for parties up to 40 people, the Hotel Sun Room accommodates parties up to 16 people and the Outdoor Gardens can handle functions up to 100 people sit-down and 120 people for a stand-up function.

Facility Rates and Features

Our unique venues include The Gardens, The Private Garden Dining Room, The Private Hotel Sun Room and The Entire Peerless Restaurant, which are available for a fee based on the time of year and the day of the week. We do not charge for the use of the room; however, we do require a minimum food and beverage purchase. Each event is given a four (4) hour time limit; additional charges will be incurred should an event go past the allotted time. We would be happy to hold your event on a day that we are not normally open for service with a minimum food and beverage purchase.

Decorations, Entertainment and Audio Equipment

Most guests prefer to make their own arrangements for floral decorations and candles through their favorite florist, however, we would be happy to make these arrangements for you. All decorations and displays must be pre-approved by the Peerless. In order to prevent potential damage to the facility, items cannot be attached to walls, ceilings or fixtures. Items may be hung from the trees in the gardens, provided that they do not damage the foliage. The use of confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed or other products, which litter the ground, is not permitted on the premises. The host at the conclusion of the event shall remove all decorations. Any damages sustained in or around The Peerless Restaurant and gardens will be the responsibility of the host.

The Peerless will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any equipment or articles left on the premises prior to, during or after the event by the Event Host or their guests.

The Peerless cannot enter into entertainment contracts on behalf of a guest. All entertainment must be pre-approved by the Peerless. We would be happy to assist you in choosing your entertainment. All music must cease at 9:00 PM. All amplified music played in the gardens requires a permit that can be obtained at the police station, as we are located in a residential neighborhood.

Attendance Guarantee

Your reservation will be confirmed only when your deposit has been received. This is a deposit only and will be deducted from your bill at the conclusion of your event. 50% of the estimated food and beverage cost determines the required deposit. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is refundable 30 days prior to your function. After the 30 day limit, your deposit becomes non refundable. If your cancellation is less than three business days prior to your event, you will be accountable for the entire estimated cost of your event. A minimum attendance guarantee is required three business days (72 hours) in advance of your event. This is a minimum guarantee and is not subject to reduction. Should you be unable to provide the guarantee three days in advance, your original guest count will be used as the guarantee. The final bill will be based on the guarantee, or actual number of guests, whichever is greater.

Guest Conduct

The host of the event is responsible for the proper conduct of all persons attending the function and shall be responsible for any violation of any portion of this agreement. Peerless personnel have the complete and absolute authority to remove person or persons from the premises for improper conduct. Our liquor license requires our staff to request proper identification of any person of questionable age and to refuse service to any person who is underage or if proper identification cannot be produced. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated. As a courtesy to our other guests and the property, we respectfully request that any children in attendance are well supervised by their parents.
