Each morning guests are invited to the Dining Room for an elegant breakfast. White table lines, Antique china and Crystal adorn the tables.
The chef provides a lovely breakfast each morning using only the finest ingredients: local farm fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs and salmon caught by local fishermen.
Enjoy fresh baked scones, cinnamon buns, sweet breads and muffins, with homemade jams, jellies and compotes along with entrees such as Deluxe Buttermilk Pancakes with Apple Cinnamon Compote, Wild Sockeye Salmon Tarts, or Blueberry Waffles with strawberries and orange slices served with Canadian Maple Syrup. The menu changes daily.
