Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express regardless of the ultimate, final form of payment. Those guests wishing to pay by cash or check must use a valid credit card as back-up for the full amount. A reservation cannot be accepted or confirmed without a major credit card. In order to secure the reservation and receive a confirmation, a deposit of 1/2 the amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card. The balance will be charged to your credit card within seven (7) day prior to your arrival date. Additional incidental charges will be charged prior to check-out. If you change or cancel a reservation 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit(s), less a $50 processing fee. If less than 15 days notice of change or cancellation is given, the full amount of the stay is charged, one night's rate is retained as a cancellation fee, and a credit is issued for the balance towards a future stay for which a reservation is required and which is subject to availability. Credits are valid for 13 months.

Check-out: 11 AM. Late checkout - $100.00 charge for up to 2 hours (until 1:00 p.m.) After 1:00 p.m., the full room rate will be charged. Rates are based on double occupancy.
* Each additional person is $50.00 per night at Beach Bed and Breakfast (which includes bed and breakfast),
* Pet friendly suite is available for an additional $25.00 per pet per night.
