From the moment you enter each of our eleven guest rooms and suites you are surrounded with romantic decor and gentle comforts.

The Inn at Water's Edge provides the best of luxury appointments blended skillfully with the details of a cozy Vermont Inn . A splendid king size 4-poster cherry bed , a French-style carved bed, an extra large jacuzzi style whirlpool tub or a two room suite overlooking the Black River, are just a sampling of the elegance you can expect at our Victorian Estate. Each guest room is individually decorated and elegantly furnished. Each room includes personal heat control, air conditioning, a private bath with jacuzzi style whirlpool tub and fireplaces. Special amenities to even please the most discriminating traveler.

Each reservation is based on double occupancy including a complimentary "Welcome to Vermont" libation, a four-course candlelit dinner and a hearty country breakfast the next morning.

The price range for our rooms range from $175 to $300 based on room selection. Bed and Breakfast Rates are optional and range from $150 to $250.



Savanna's Garden
Wonderful views of Echo Lake gives this room high reviews. The room includes a king size four poster cherry bed and private jacuzzi bath. 
 
Garden Sage
This room looks out to the mountains surrounding Echo Lake. A king size wicker bed and an extra large bath with jacuzzi tub and dressing table make this one of our favorites. 
 
Satin Boutique Suite
Two room mountain view suite with queen size brass bed, adjoining sitting room with full size sofa bed, and a bath with jacuzzi tub. 
 
Winter White Suite
Two room suite overlooking the Black River with a queen size wicker bed. Adjoining room has two twin size beds, optionally used as a sitting area. The large bath includes a jacuzzi tub. 
 
Seabreeze Room
Located on the first floor , this fully handicapped accessible room offers a fine view of Echo Lake. The queen size canopy bed and large bath provide a comfortable setting. 
 
Blue Velvet Room
The queen size iron bed along with an iron day bed and extra large bath with a 6' jacuzzi tub make this room ideal for guests requiring an extra bed, yet not an extra room. 
 
Emerald Isle Room
Lake view with a beautiful Eastlake period queen bed and bath with jacuzzi. 
 
Carousel Room
Lake view with queen size iron bed and bath with jacuzzi tub. 
 
Crimson Garden Room
Mountain view with full size antique French carved bed and bath with jacuzzi tub. 
 
Blue Ribbon Room
Antique oak carved queen size bed and bath with jacuzzi. 
 
Sleigh Room
Mountain view overlooking the Black River with queen sleigh bed and bath with jacuzzi tub.
