- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations affect us significantly, because of our small size. Although we understand emergencies happen, last minute cancellations often do not give us time to re-rent your rooms. If you call to cancel at least 21 days prior to your first night's stay, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 fee. After that we charge the full amount of the stay, and any refund is dependent on our ability to re-rent the room. We do not refund for partial cancellation, non-arrival or early departure.
- Children: 16 years and older welcome
- Minimum night stay: Two night minimum full season.
- No Pets: We do not have facilities for pets.
- Payment Policy: Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks and Cash are honored.
- Reservation Policy: Two night deposit at the time the reservation is made for two to four night stay. Longer stays require a deposit of half the stay.
- Smoking Policy: For the comfort and health of our guests, we offer a completely smoke-free environment.
