- Cancellation Policy: With at least 7 days notice, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $25 processing fee. Some special events or group bookings require a 14 day or 30 day cancellation policy, please inquire.
- Check-In: 3:00 p.m. If you require other arrangements, please notify us in advance
- Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. If you require other arrangements, please notify us in advance
- Children: The Colby Hill Inn is appropriate for guests over the age of 7
- Minimum night stay: Some holiday or special event dates have 2 or 3 night minimums, inquire when making reservations
- No Pets: We are sorry that we cannot accommodate pets but are happy to refer you to nearby boarding.
- Payment Policy: Cash, checks, Discover, MC, Visa, Diners and AMEX accepted
- Reservation Policy: Reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to one nights stay. For stays longer than two nights we require a deposit of one half the reservation total. This can be done by personal check or your credit card.
- Smoking Policy: For the health of our guests and staff, we are a smoke-free inn. Guests may smoke in our garden or porch areas.
