General Information and Policies

 

  • Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled with at least 14 days notice. Deposits will be refunded with less than 14 days notice if we are able to re-rent the room. The deposit is forfeited if guests arrive after date specified or depart before the final date of reservation, unless the room is re-rented.
  • Check-In: after 3:30 P.M.(Please advise us if you expect to check in after 9:00 P.M.)
  • Check-Out: 11:00 A.M.
  • Minimum night stay: We ask for a two night stay on weekends, a three day stay on holiday weekends except November through April.
  • No Children: Adults Only, please.
  • Payment Policy: Cash, check, Visa, AmEx, Mastercard or Discover are accepted as payment.
  • Reservation Policy: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoke-free.
