Cancellation Policy: Refund of deposit less a $30 processing fee per room or 3% of total charged to credit card if: notified 14 days prior to arrival date for stays totaling 4 room nights; 30 days prior notice for stays totaling 5-8 room nights; 60 days prior notice for stays totaling more than 8 room nights.
Deposit is forfeited if notified less than designated number of days required, as indicated above, unless we are able to resell the room and room nights.
No-Shows or Early departures are non-refundable, as are last minute cancellations due to inclement weather.
Payment in full for the amount of the entire stay is required at time of booking for stays involving Holidays, Special Events and Weekends in June, July and August and any minimum stay requirements and it is non-refundable.
Large groups or extended stays are handled by the Innkeeper/Manager and may be subject to a separate contract and conditions.
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing by either faxing, mailing or emailing your cancellation to our inn. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours, please call to make sure we received your request.
