Swann House is situated on a beautiful residential street just six blocks from DC’s Central Business District, making it an ideal location for the business traveler. All rooms are furnished with phones that are equipped with private voicemail and a data port, cable TV, and of course, a private bathroom. Nearly every room has a writing surface and VCRs are available. Room rates include complimentary local phone calls, newspapers, and an Expanded Continental Breakfast, which is served early for the busy executive.

Meeting and Conference Space
For a wonderful change of pace, host your next retreat or business meeting at Swann House. Our Meeting Rooms are beautifully appointed, and provide an intimate and comfortable venue to maximize productivity. Our Conference Room accommodates up to 14 people in a formal Board Room environment, and our meeting space can house up to 25 in a more casual setting. We offer a variety of rental equipment for your use, such as an overheard projector, a projection screen, as well as a flip chart and easel. Swann House offers coffee and refreshments, catered lunches and Meeting Planning Services. Our Rental Fee for Meeting Space is $125 per hour or $800 per day.
