We are a thirteen-room Bed & Breakfast that caters to the corporate world. Nestled among century old apple and oak trees on 10 acres of beautifully landscaped property, our facility is perfect for small strategic or brainstorming meetings.

Our comfortable fireplaced living room, outside patio, and wonderful grounds offer an ideal setting to cultivate boundariless thinking.

Each of our rooms offer a private bath, air-conditioning, freshly cut flowers, and terry-cloth robes. Other luxurious amenities, including in-room fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs and Egyptian cotton towels make some of our rooms even more unique. We serve a full country breakfast each morning and have the capability to cater lunch or gourmet dinners on-site to groups of all sizes.

Property:
The inn is on 10 acres, surrounded by a 400-acre family farm, managed by the 7th generation.

Buildings:
Of the thirteen rooms, eight are in the 205-year-old, three story stone Manor house. The five remaining rooms are cottages located in an 1860 carriage house and four cottages located next to the surrounding farmland. The fireplaced living room and dining room are on the ground floor of the Manor house.

Rooms:
All have private baths, air conditioning, terry-cloth robes, full bath amenities. Ten have in-room fireplaces, nine have Jacuzzi tubs. There are nine rooms with king sized beds, three with queen sized beds, one with a double bed.

Meals:
We serve a full country breakfast each morning, and will gladly provide a luncheon buffet or more formal meal if desired. Dinner can be on-site or at a nearby restaurant. We'll gladly help with either. (Catering menus are available upon request).

Meeting Space:
Traditionally decorated living room with fireplace and piano, or side patio. The living room can comfortably accommodate 12 people, while up to 24 people can dine on the patio. During the summer months, we can accommodate up to 120 people in our platformed tent facility.

Local Activity:
The Delaware River is a short walk from the inn. You can fish its waters, float lazily in its current, or walk along its banks. Back country road bike trips, an antique steam train ride, ballooning and golf are also available. Inviting art and antique shops, unique handcrafted collectible stores, and one-of-a-kind clothing stores are all nearby.

Dining options, whether your tastes are traditional, gourmet or haute cuisine, abound.
